She advised Nigerians to show sharing and gratitude to others despite the challenges in Nigeria.
Florence talked to leaders of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, on Iftar (Breaking of fast) in her Oluyole house in Ibadan.
The widow stated that life outside the office is generally different however noted she was prepared.
“I was ready for a lot of betrayal and bitterness, but I didn’t get it. I’m saying this with all sense of sincerity.

“Life is brief. For everyone you love, let them know you appreciate them. For everyone you love, show them and tell them as many times as possible that you love them.”
Florence remembered her husband honoured journalists and enjoyed being around them.
Ajimobi’s wife promised she’d do anything to immortalise her husband and uphold his heritage.
Babalola commended Florence for being and urged her to preserve the heritage.
