Arewa youths give Tinubu conditions to support his presidential ambition for 2023 presidency

National President of AYCF, Yerima Shettima said the North would study his relationship with Nigerians from other regions before deciding to support Tinubu’s presidential ambition.

In an exclusive chat with, Shettima explained that the former Lagos State governor’s capacity to maintain a fantastic connection with other regions is a determining factor for the North.

In accordance with Shettima: “In case Tinubu decides to contest, there’s a way we will answer. When he decides to compete, we’ll certainly look at his connection with other Nigerians outside the Southwest, how fair has he been we other Nigerians out the Southwest.

“How far has he managed to maintain decent relationship away from the Southwest, What’s he been able to do to give back to other Nigerians out his region. We will talk about it, time will tell.”

There has been a rumor that the former Lagos State governor would rival the 2023 presidential election.

Despite the rumors and pressure out of Nigerians, Tinubu has not announced his intention to run for the presidency.

Recently, the APC National Leader denied starting a presidential campaign office in Abuja.

Tinubu had stated he was focused on helping President Muhammadu Buhari attain his mandate.

A few weeks ago, there were reports using fronts to distribute 10,000 bags of rice in the North.

The bags of rice distributed to Internally Displaced People, IDPs, in Borno State needed his photograph on them.

He, nevertheless, absolved himself from these supplies, stressing that he had no understanding of these.

However, Tinubu praised those supporting the supply of the rice.
