Hunters ambush, kill three Boko Haram terrorists in Borno

Three Boko Haram terrorists were killed in an ambush near Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, by hunters assigned to Operation Hadin Kai.

According to reports, on Monday night, the hunters apprehended insurgents on a looting mission in Wanori village in Borno State’s Konduga Local Government Area.

The hunters ambushed the terrorists, killing two instantly while others escaped with bullet wounds, according to a hunter who requested anonymity.

According to the source, after pursuing the wounded terrorists down their escape route, it was discovered that one more had died as a result of his life-threatening injuries.

“We also recovered 11 wheelbarrows used by the terrorists in looting food,” the source added.
