Insecurity: We can forgive those who voted for Buhari in 2015, but not those who re-elected him in 201 – Bamgbose9

According to Bamgbose, Nigerians dedicated a terrific blunder to re-elect Buhari in 2019 but people who repeated the error in 2019 can’t be forgiven.

The senior attorney was responding to one among the many sad news that cropped up in Nigeria on Tuesday which among them was the death of two pupils of Greenfield varsity, Kaduna.

It was reported Tuesday that the pupils were murdered in cold blood by the bandits who abducted them after keeping them in custody for a number of days.

It means that 5 of those kidnapped students have now been murdered in cold blood.

Plus it appears, Bamgbose noted that the Federal Government is helplessly watching events with no hope of rescuing the abducted students who might equally be slaughtered.

“This is inhuman, callous and barbaric. Our country is quickly becoming a banana republic. That is indeed sad and very unfortunate,” he added.

Speaking further, the senior attorney and 2023 presidential hopeful recalled other killings that have occurred within one day and those include: murdering five Soldiers in Imo when unknown gunmen attack police headquarters; killing DPO, 8 policemen, two vigilantes in Kebbi by bandits; murdering of two more students of Greenfield University; murdering of 19 as unknown armed gunmen invade Anambra community.

“All these within 24 hours. It is obvious we’re already in hell. Together with these, President Buhari is telling Nigerians that he will deal with the bandits. I have a query for our President and Lai Mohammed,” Bamgbose continuing.

“If all these things were occurring during Jonathan regime, how would they have been patient? Let’s tell ourselves the truth, Nigerians committed a great blunder in re-electing Buhari in 2019.

“We could forgive those who voted for Buhari in 2015, but not those that re-elected him in 2019. What happens to the remainder of those Greenfield varsity students who are still in captivity.

“Nigerians must rise up and believe something from this box before this country is absorbed by insecurity. We’re in a serious wreck.

“Things can’t continue this way. Enough is enough. There’s no justification for Buhari’s occupation of State House. This Buhari program is getting bloody. We need a divine intervention”
