Jeff, a wed Nigerian guy who functioned as Lambeth parking attendant was detained by London Metropolitan authorities for flirting with a teenaged girl (15-year-old) through text message. “I’m sorry, but I did not understand.

Because he got her number, he’s been flirting with her through text messages. The woman’s father states that Jeff did not understand he was the 1 holding and responding to the text messages delivered to his daughter’s telephone by him (Jeff). From anger, he chose to face Jeff before tackling him to the authorities.
