The Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil has detained 17 pupils and recommended them for disciplinary actions for raping their female coworkers within their grooming.
The institution started after verbal assaults on female pupils with a group of male pupils over”female dresses,” the college detained 17 members of their group.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof Shehu Alhaji said after reports of harassment of female students by their coworkers, the college slipped into action and they had identified a number of them and critical penalty will be slammed independently.
He said the college has included a strong committee, led by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academics, to recognize the unscrupulous pupils take”prompt disciplinary action to be taken against the offenders without delay to function as a deterrent to other people.”
“Already, the Security Department of the college has identified 17 men in relation to the harassment of female students,” he told newsmen.
