Atiku reacts to Femi Odekunle’s dying

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has described the death of Prof. Femi Odekunle, first Nigerian Professor of criminology as an enormous loss.

DAILY POST had reported that Odekunle, who can be a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee In opposition to Corruption (PACAC), died at the COVID-19 Isolation Center in Gwagwalada, Abuja, Tuesday night.

Reacting, Atiku in a tweet by way of his Twitter account on Wednesday, described Odekunle’s loss of life as an enormous loss.

He additionally prayed that God would grant his household the fortitude to bear the loss.

“The loss of life of Professor Femi Odekunle is a big loss. He was an effective gentleman with distinctive tutorial brilliance.

“I condole together with his household and mates, particularly the mental neighbourhood, the federal government and folks of Osun State.

“I pray that the Almighty God shall settle for his soul and grant his household the fortitude to bear the loss,” he wrote.
