The PDP reiterated its position that the APC has been promoting acts of violence including arson along with building a crisis scenario and frustrate the smooth behaviour of their 2023 general elections.
Kola Ologbondiyan, National Publicity Secretary of the PDP in a statement on Tuesday, stated having realized it has no place in the 2023 election, APC leaders are seeking to place Nigeria ablaze and truncate democracy.
The PDP advised Nigerians to note the failure of the APC and its own leaders to forcefully condemn the crystal clear attack on the frontline institution of democracy.
The spokesman added that the APC administration has failed to take decisive actions to protect INEC centres from assailants.
“Our party desires the APC to understand May 29, 2023 date is sacrosanct for it to leave office, free our country from its stranglehold and fizzle out from our political firmament.”

Ologbondiyan declared history won’t be kind to APC and its own leaders given the size of atrocities they have committed against Nigerians in a distance of six decades.
“The APC has destroyed our country, opened our dear fatherland to bandits and terrorists, turned our country into an expansive killing field and a big funeral parlour.
‘APC has wrecked our economy, opened our federal vaults to its own leaders to pillage over N15trillion and reduced our thriving country to a beggar country while mortgaging our future with humongous foreign debts.”
The party called on the Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba to instantly encourage and question APC leaders on the attacks on INEC offices.
