He had successfully committed a robbery and intended to rape the victim. Unfortunately for him, when he dropped his gun, the victim’s husband was able to overcome him, and his arrest resulted in the arrest of another person in addition to his mother.

Odunlami emphasised that in addition to Babajide Moses and his gang, who specialise in stealing power generators, the police also detained four teenagers for cult membership.

According to the PPRO, among the items taken from the suspects were firearms, three motorcycles, two power generators, and a plasma television.

While reiterating that the suspects will soon be brought before the court, she urged parents to properly care for their kids and wards.

In response, a few of the suspects confessed to the crime and claimed they were coerced into it.
