The Lagos State Police Command has cleared the air over a viral video alleging that a Yahoo Boy hypnotized a woman from California, United States (Internet Fraudster).
According to social media claims, the unidentified woman regained her senses three days after being lured to Nigeria by devilish means.
After regaining her conscience, the lady argued with the suspected Yahoo Boy, according to some of the reactions.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, described the report as a “false narrative” in a tweet.
The woman in the viral video, according to Hundeyin, is German and has been living with her husband since February 2019.

“False narrative!” Hundeyin wrote in response to the viral video. The lady is of German descent. She and her husband have been living in the same house since February 2019. They had a misunderstanding the day before yesterday, which necessitated the intervention of their neighbors. On time, the police arrived and took her to the station.
“She refused to be transported to the German embassy. She was adamant about returning to her husband’s house. Her husband, too, readily made amends. They have returned home safely. Note: I purposefully omitted their names to protect their privacy.”
