Sunship Schiffahrtskontor employs an established international pool of highly skilled Officers and Crew; some have been working with the company for more than 20 years. We are not only investing in an intensive training program for our sea staff, we are also committed to our own cadet training program onboard. This program enjoys increasing numbers of cadets on a yearly basis. Our commitment to a continuous training of the Crew and Cadets as well as our close networking with schools of navigation are amongst our main goals in order to secure a mutual future.
